The parish celebrated the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary with a procession and mass. Archbishop John Wong introduced the delegates attending the CHARIS Prophetic Intercession Training (14th – 19th August 2023), including speaker Archbishop Francis Kalist, Chevalier Cyril John, and the priests who concelebrated with him.

In his homily, Archbishop Wong invited us to be like Mary, who humbled herself to accept the will of God.

At the end of the mass, Chevalier Cyril John gave a brief introduction to CHARIS, and Archbishop John Wong welcomed the over 200 delegates to Sabah.
