STEP 1 – BURIAL GROUND
Visit SJBF Office (088-216 321) to purchase a tomb/burial ground:
- Mile 4.5, Penampang
- Catholic Cemetery Inobong
✔ If you already own a tomb/niche elsewhere, you may skip Step 1 and proceed directly to Step 2.
STEP 2 – REGISTRATION
Register with the SHC Parish Office (during office hours) for a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Cathedral.
📄 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- IC or Passport
- Baptism Certificate
- Church Marriage Certificate (if any)
- Police Report / Death Certificate

✔ Already have a family tomb/niche? Proceed directly to Step 2.
STEP 2 – PARLOUR REGISTRATION
Register with the SHC Parish Office during office hours for a Funeral Service at one of the following funeral parlours:
- Fook Lu Siew Funeral Parlour
- KK Hakka Funeral Parlour
- K.K Tiong Hua Funeral Parlour
Pastoral note: Priests will not conduct Funeral Services at private homes or outside the boundaries of Sacred Heart Parish.
